Satis&Fy // May 2020
This project was created during my time as a project manager for Satis&Fy.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are limited in their ability to travel to experiences and shops they enjoy. Brands are therefore in a position to rethink how to reach and interact with consumers to maintain brand loyalty in this new climate.
Our goal was to create a unique set of offerings that will allow brands, organizations, and individuals to bring product or services to their clientele while also adhering to the CDC Social Distancing Guidelines. Each of these offering can be customized to any industry and can be disinfected and reused multiple times in order to recreate the experience and stretch budget. Customization could range from graphic applications to technical integrations to adjustable scenic elements, etc.
This project was used as an internal trial to see how a creative project could work in a company without a creative department. Together with our LA account director, I led an interdisciplinary team of existing Satis&Fy employees through the design process, from need finding, user persona creation, mood boards, ideation and refinement, and finally to final renders and presentation. I am proud of what our team was able to accomplish in such a short time, and I think the project process framework I set up will serve the company well in future design projects.
Bulk of concepting and event programming done by Sarah Mayne (LA account director) and I; all truck renders drawn by myself.
