Satis&Fy // June 2020

This project was created during my time as a project manager for Satis&Fy.

When COVID-19 took the world by storm, events and group gatherings were canceled in order to save lives. Now we need to consider the impacts the pandemic will have on the future of of the events industry.

We asked ourselves:

What does the future of events look like and how will they be different in a post-COVID world?

We put our heads together and designed a theoretical event to show our clients that events are still possible. The goal of this “event” was to create an experience that wove CDC guidelines with typical event programming, ultimately creating an experience that was safe for guests without feeling like everything just had sneeze guards all over it.

This was the second major project our LA account director and I ran our internal design team through, focusing more on creating polished renders and a well-thought out programming/ event flow to showcase our team’s in-house abilities. This is a selection of renderings I personally created for the final client facing presentation.
